Students Work to Improve School

Thanks to Coach Chaffin and the Student Council, and Coach Simpson and the Girls Basketball team for working to help beautify the school; both the front and back!  Both groups worked really hard on their day off, and took a lot of pride in their work.

8th Grade Dance

The Eighth Grade Dance which will occur on Friday, May 18th from 7:00 to 9:00pm in the JCMS gym.

Cheerleading Car Wash

When: Saturday, June 2nd 10:00-1:00

Where: JCMS parking lot

Calling all Admirals, Generals, and Patriots to save the date.

Jessie Clark 8th Graders, will have a Movin’ Up Celebration on May 24, 2012.  Join all your classmates for a fun-filled last hoorah as you reminisce about your days here at JCMS.  We’ll have food, autograph sessions, games, tributes, and more importantly, time to enjoy our last day together.  Put May 24th on your agenda and plan on a great time!

JCMS and World Fit

This year Jessie M. Clark Middle School is participating in World Fit®, a walking program for elementary and middle school students.  This activity promotes lifelong fitness and Olympic values of perseverance, respect and fair play.  The mission is to eradicate childhood obesity and improve children’s health and attitude towards fitness.

We have been asked to remind parents and others not to park in the business parking lot across the street from Jessie Clark Middle School. This is a private place of business and they would appreciate our support and cooperation.

JCMS Volunteers

Parents who wish to serve as volunteers at Jessie Clark for this school year will need to read and complete the online Volunteer Instructions. This online procedure takes the place of the paper forms that were previously sent home in the student packet on the first day of school.
